Jusco Seberang Perai City is launching a health fair 5 days ago.It provide blood pressure test,blood glucose test and BMI test for the public which is FREE OF CHARGE!

I just get my self one report of the test about two days ago.^_^blood pressure is at normal level,blood glucose is at normal level,and my BMI is at normal level too!!WOOHOO!em a healthy girl!Welli have bring along my parents to have that test also,after they get through the test,we just realize that papa have got high blood glucose>_<mami was worried that izzit high blood glucose mean getting diabetes???NONONO,it is different....the nurse there said.........

But arr...it is good to know your body health situation rite??

As what i know is 2moro were the last day of the fair,please brings along ur family member with you to have a check!REMEMBER,IT IS FREE!^_^

Luckily i had brings my parents go there to have a checking,well...both of them now have to take good care of their diet d...hahax...
